Women in leadership
Female teachers and administrators are encouraged and supported to advance their careers and go into leadership positions.
If you are a female principal who would like to advance to a senior leadership position, you can access support through the Women in Leadership initiative. You can participate in:
- Cognitive Coaching - a 12 month program for Level 4-6 school administrators to further develop their coaching skills
- Senior School Leadership (Primary) Program - a professional learning program for school administrators to develop their leadership skills
- women's forums.
