Staff health and wellbeing

The health and wellbeing of staff in public schools is paramount to the functioning of effective schools. All members of the school community play an important role in reducing risk factors and promoting protective factors, and in doing so increase the likelihood of positive educational outcomes for students.

The Strategic Plan for WA Public Schools 2016-2019: High Performance - High Care ensures school leaders focus on staff wellbeing including implementing sustainable approaches that support the physical, mental and social welfare of staff.
