Implement school-wide behaviour and safety management policies, procedures and guidelines. Eg., implementation of Behaviour Management In Schools policy, No Blame.

Implement specific targeted strategies consistent with the school behaviour plan. Liaise with parent/care-giver, Learning Support Team and school/district personnel. E.g.: Implement Anger Management strategies.

Develop documented plan with individualised goals, strategies and planned adult interventions to develop self-regulation and compliance. Eg., visual timetable to assist self-calming, identification and management of possible triggers and patterns of frustration.

Implement individual behaviour strategies as per documented plan targeting a range of behaviours. Collaborate with school psychologist, learning support team and other agencies. Eg., Individual Behaviour Plan targeting reduction of specific behaviours, requiring training of relevant staff.
