Implement strategies to promote social and emotional well-being as per system, school and class policies. Eg., Pathways to Social and Emotional Development, values education.

Implement specific strategies to support student during unstructured activities. Eg., adjust class behaviour plan with frequent parental liaison and consultation with relevant specialist personnel.

Implement individualised goals and strategies across specific learning areas and unstructured/non-adult directed activities. Eg., develop intervention strategies for predictable events such as leaving school grounds when distressed during scheduled breaks or not returning to class.

Collaborate with relevant specialist personnel to develop a documented plan with emphasis upon developing resilience and self management. Support and implement school-wide professional learning including regular updates about individualised interventions. Eg., program including identification of cues and self management skills.

Develop an individual documented plan to promote long term student self-regulation. Appropriate school-wide communication of documented plan. Case management includes ongoing specific interventions designed by mental health professionals. Develop provisions for a highly structured learning environment.
