
Schools Plus provides an extensive framework to assist school teams, parents/carers and other professionals. Participants identify and agree on the teaching adjustments and supports needed to ensure that students can access the curriculum, participate in school activities and progress towards planned learning outcomes. The Schools Plus Profile consists of 11 dimensions, each with 6 indicators that represent various levels of adjustment within the school context. The indicators are written in terms of observable actions in schools. Case studies are provided to clarify each indicator, support informed practice and to assist planning.
