In the four years that Schools–Plus has been operational, users have become successful in navigating Schools-Plus Web page and accessing student information through the Schools Plus Information Management System (SIMS). A student’s funding end-date can be accessed via the SIMS by viewing the student’s record. Additionally, schools can run reports which will provide them with the end dates of all the students in their school who are in receipt of Schools-Plus funding. These reports allow schools to plan for when applications may need to be reviewed or information updated. 

As a consequence of schools being able to access SIMS independantly, Schools-plus will no longer be notifying schools individually about the imminent end-date of funding. Should anyone need advice or individual assistance on how to access this information they should feel free to contact their Schools-Plus consultant for clarification.
