Online Student Census System

  • LOG IN  to the online Student Census system using access code issued by email to the school contact on 20 July 2020
  • Select Census Acceptance on the left menu once data are correct
  • Access and print the Per Capita Funding Application (pdf), if document does not appear enable 'pop ups' for the website

Per Capita Funding Application

  • Ensure only students outlined in the Guidelines for Non-Government School Funding 2020 have been claimed and that FULL FEE PAYING OVERSEAS STUDENTS have been excluded
  • Complete then email as an attachment to
  • Contact Ben Roberts (9264 4919) or Dominic Hosgood (9264 4264) for any interpretation of the Guidelines or Explanatory Notes above
  • Catholic schools are also required to email their Per Capita Funding Application to
  • BLANK PCFA Application - for schools that are unable to produce this form directly from the online Student Census system

Kindergarten Provision Survey (MANDATORY for schools that offer Kindergarten programs)

COMPLETE this survey if your school is able to offer a Kindergarten program in 2020 (regardless of whether your school has any Kindergarten students this year)

  • Printable questions for staff qualifications
  • Printable questions (whole survey)
  • Schools with kindergarten students use the online Student Census system access code emailed 20 July 2020)
