About the program

Introduction to Leadership Coaching provides the opportunity to learn the skills and gain the confidence required for managing others with a coaching approach.

In this practical two-day program, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to use the GROWTH coaching model for having coaching conversations with individuals and teams. Coaching approaches to leadership are extremely effective and participants will get a solid introduction to how and why this is so.

Learning intention

By the end of this program, it is intended that participants will have:

  • been introduced to the GROWTH coaching system
  • explored and applied the GROWTH coaching model to a range of workplace conversations
  • practised next steps for taking coaching forward in the participant's context
  • explored Emotional Intelligence.

Target audience

Middle leaders, aspiring principals and principals.
