Level 3 Classroom Teacher Information Session


About the program

The Level 3 Classroom Teacher Information Session supports aspiring Level 3 Classroom Teachers with the process.

It is recommended that participants attend the information session prior to attending the Preparing for Stage 1- Developing a Level 3 Classroom Portfolio professional learning.

The information session runs for two hours after school and during term break.

Participants will benefit from:

  • an overview of the application process
  • familiarisation with the rubric and the language of the rubric.


About the facilitators

The information session has been designed and written by a Level 3 Classroom Teacher assessor and Level 3 Classroom Teacher.  The information sessions are facilitated by Level 3 Classroom Teachers.

On the day

The Institute for Professional Learning is located in Building B at 164-194 Oxford Street, Leederville WA. We co-locate with the Schools of Isolated and Distance Education (SIDE).

Campbell Primary School is located on Campbell Road, Canning Vale WA.

 

Parking

Institute for Professional Learning

Please note, the Institute does not have on-site parking:

  • The City of Vincent has a number of car parks throughout Leederville.
  • The closest long term paid parking is available on the south side of The Avenue Car Park on Leederville Parade.
  • Short term paid parking (two hour) is available in adjacent streets.
  • The City of Vincent offers a 'pay by phone' parking service.
  • The Institute is a two minute walk from Leederville train station.
  • Taxis service the site promptly.
  • Cycle racks are located outside Building F.
