Leading Personalised Learning in the Secondary Years

About the program

Leading Personalised Learning in the Secondary Years provides an overview of leadership responsibility in inclusivity and personalised learning. It is based on the Department of Education definition of personalised learning:

'The rationale for personalised learning is to raise standards by focusing the teaching and learning program on the aptitudes and interests of students.’

The program is designed to raise awareness of the need for policy and programs for students in relation to areas such as EAL/D, SAER (including Gifted and Talented), Attendance, Gender and Sexual Orientation, Behaviour, Medical, Disability and Learning Difficulties.
