Leading a Change Initiative for Aspirant School Leaders

About the program

Leading a Change Initiative for Aspirant School Leaders enables participants to demonstrate their leadership capability as they lead a school-based change. This multi-phase program is intended for aspirant school leaders who are at the beginning stages of their leadership journey.

It offers an understanding and skill-development in what is required of educational leaders through a multi-disciplinary approach, incorporating training, skill practice, action research, professional reading and collegial networking.
