Previous participant testimonial

Lee Masters now thinks differently about her role in school leadership. The Carine Senior High School Manager Corporate Services understands just how crucial it is to the success of a school.

Lee  is completing the Graduate Certificate of Education Business Leadership offered by the Institute in partnership with Deakin University. She says the course has a high degree of rigour and is focused on expanding the knowledge and changing set thinking patterns of the participants.

“I am now more confident about my position and the input that is required of me as a leader,” Lee says.

“When an issue arises I can discuss and present evidence about how it will affect the school’s finances and the implications of decisions.”
