The Email and Workflow Mastery program will enlighten you with easy-to-follow systems for taming your Inbox, freeing you to focus on the right work at the right time.

The program outlines, in a practical, no nonsense way, how to set up an integrated workflow management system that takes the stress out of managing your email and your workload.

With an integrated workflow management system in place, you will have more time for the high payoff activities that give the greatest return to your organisation. The program is suitable for users of Microsoft Outlook™.

Learning intention

By the end of this presentation participants will:

  • learn strategies to manage volume using an integrated workflow management system
  • be able to create a daily action plan that balances time activated commitments and tasks to be done.
     

Success criteria

As a result of this session participants will be able to improve the way they manage their email workload.

This presentation is aimed at school leaders, business leaders, team leaders and system leaders who use MS Outlook™.

 

About the facilitator

Steuart Snooks is an e-mail strategist and productivity expert who works with busy professionals who are struggling to keep up with all their e-mail 'overload'.
