Introduction to SOE Support Fundamentals

About the program

Are you a teacher looking to further develop yourself as a leader in ICT? Are you a business leader looking to enhance your knowledge of system policy and process?

Introduction to SOE Support Fundamentals is ideal for those who want to gain the skills required to effectively manage the school's ICT Standard Operating Environment (SOE).

Participants will learn from the ICT Strategic Service Delivery business unit to gain a greater understanding of their school's ICT and how to utilise the network management tools available. This knowledge is transferrable and will benefit you across all government schools, the majority of which run the same systems.

This program provides school and business leaders with an overview of the current SOE, and will give you the background knowledge to be confident when managing and working towards your schools specific ICT needs.
