Previous participant testimonials

“The Leadership Institute’s Preparing for Stage 1 workshop was an incredibly valuable experience for colleagues and myself. We had the opportunity to read and discuss successful portfolios, be guided towards relevant policy and research that meets the competencies and the presenters were only too happy to answer any questions we had. The workshop has made the journey towards Level 3 far less daunting and more manageable. Highly recommended for any Level 3 aspirants.”
Luke Duffield, Bunbury Senior High School (January 2019)

“I would like to thank you for a rich learning experience that answered many of the groups questions and provided personal narratives for the group to effectively understand the technical requirements and the process that is Level 3.  I found the workshop extremely useful and I cannot believe that anyone would attempt this process without attending.”
Amy Holloway, Wanneroo Primary School (January 2019)

“I thought the PD was invaluable, I am not sure how anyone could successfully apply without having been to one of the PDs. You provided us with very clear information of the expectations required for the portfolio.  The PD, although exhausting, was interesting and engaging throughout.”

Victoria Harris, Butler College (January 2019)

"The L3 Developing a Portfolio program was truly eye opening. I applied for stage one of L3 this year and was unsuccessful. The feedback was generalised and I could not identify in any detail where I needed to improve for next time. My Principal offered me the opportunity to attend your course. Within the first half of the day I identified many areas where I had let myself down in my application. I now have greater clarity and deeper understanding of the process. Having completed your course, I feel empowered and reinvigorated to apply again. Thank you."
Sarah Barns, Mindarie Primary School (October 2018)
