Discriminatory behaviour

Some bullying behaviour may constitute discrimination if related to one of the grounds of unlawful discrimination under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984. These include race (colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin or descent), racial harassment, sexual orientation (homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, heterosexuality or assumed sexual orientation), gender history, sex, sexual harassment, marital status, pregnancy, impairment (or disability), political or religious conviction, age, family responsibility, family status or spent conviction.
