Court Appearances and Production of Documents
A staff member may be required to appear as a witness in court to give evidence and/or supply documents. This might occur following a request from the Director General or as a result of a subpoena being served directly on the staff member.

Family Court Orders in Schools
Principals allow parents access to a student and their information, unless there is a court order to the contrary, and will have due regard to the student’s safety and welfare, educational needs, and the proper management of the school.
