The purpose of the School Performance Branch is to provide a policy framework, appropriate tools, research and advice in support of a comprehensive quality assurance program for public schools.
The School Performance Team provides services and has a major role in the following areas:
• developing and implementing a school accountability policy framework;
• providing tools and advice to support school leaders, Regional Executive Directors and other school reviewers;
• providing research, analysis and advice relating to school accountability and performance; and
• providing assistance to staff in the analysis and interpretation of school level performance information.
