About Reporting to Parents

Reporting to Parents is an online system for the recording of student achievement. It aims to reduce the workload of school staff by providing an efficient and consistent interface to all reporting activities from years 1 to 12. Reporting to Parents provides all the features that were available in SIS, whilst adding new functionality to make reporting easier.

For an overview of the system:

A Centralised Solution

Reporting to Parents is centrally hosted with secure access provided via the internet through the Department portal. This removes the need for software to be installed on school servers and the complexities involved in maintaining such an environment.

More Responsive

A centralised application can be updated more frequently, with updates being available to all users immediately. This allows Reporting to Parents to be more responsive to the needs of schools.

Simplified and Streamlined

Fragmented reporting tools have been brought together into the one system and processes within the software have been simplified.

More Adaptable

Not all schools and students have the same reporting requirements. The Reporting to Parents software provides greater adaptability to accommodate students and teachers that are situated across more than one school site.
