Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework

How will the framework benefit schools that are already culturally responsive and students who are already performing well?

The framework will add value to those schools that already identify as being culturally responsive and it can be used to enhance existing practices. It provides staff with an opportunity to further develop their understanding of the importance of applying a cultural context to learning. In schools where Aboriginal students are already performing well, the framework will provide additional direction to strengthen whole-school planning and targeted resourcing.
